Wellington based | Permanent | Full-time. 4.4 weeks annual leave.

Remuneration: $79,348 - $84,638, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine policy advice – contribute to drafting, reviewing, and improving policy documents, legislation, and guidance to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with organisational goals.
• Support effective delivery of initiatives – track progress, coordinate project activities, and contribute to evaluations to strengthen outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders – build strong working relationships internally and externally to support joined‑up, high‑impact policy development.
• Apply critical thinking and analysis – provide sound advice, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape practical, evidence‑based solutions.
