General Description:

The Pole Crew Technician installs, removes, and maintainskiosk and sign regulation poles throughout the City of Philadelphia. The Pole Crew Technician must have the ability to understand and follow installation instructions detailed in a work order. Employees in this position are required to operate heavy machinery and power tools. Employees are required to mix and pour cement used to install poles. Employees are required to drive PPA work construction vehicles and are required to work in all weather conditions. Street installation work is monitored by the Sub- Foreman. All employees in this position report directly to the PMO- Pole Crew Supervisor.
