This role is ideal for a skilled podcast post-production editor who can manage the full workflow for a weekly show exploring the intersection of work, human creativity, and emerging technologies such as AI. You will transform raw audio and video recordings from Riverside.fm into polished, publish-ready episodes distributed across major podcasting and video platforms. The position requires a proactive approach to editing, sound design, and content optimization, as well as the ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance future recordings. The initial engagement will be a paid trial episode, with the intention of establishing a long-term collaboration for at least 12 months, producing four episodes per month.
