PMV&AssetManagement

• Overseetheplanning,allocation,andutilizationofallplant,machinery,andvehiclesacrossprojects
• Ensureequipmentavailabilityasperprojectrequirementsandtimelines
• MaintainaccuraterecordsofPMVinventory,movement,deployment,andidleassets
• ControlPMV-relatedcostsincludingrentals,fuel,maintenance,andrepairs
• Monitorassetlifecycle,depreciation,replacementplanning,anddisposal

• CoordinatewithprojectteamstounderstandoperationalandPMVneeds
