INTERNAL VACANCY
The capital PMO is a relatively new function for the council; the post holder will support the head of capital PMO by creating, developing and maintaining a robust library of templates and guidance documents to aid project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating new templates and guidance documents accurately and proportionally to ensure the assurance process supports project delivery and does not hinder it.
- Financial monitoring of the capital programme and reporting to the Capital Programme Delivery Board, ensuring spend and funding related issues are quickly identified and reported.
- Collaborating with other PMO team members to design, create and manage an appropriate financial framework which enables accurate monitoring and reporting.
