In this role, you will act as a central pillar of operational support to both the Programme Manager and Project Managers. Your core mission will be to bridge financial, administrative, and procurement processes—ensuring seamless budget execution through ServiceNow and EBA, managing purchase requests, and coordinating purchase orders with acquisitions and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Support to Programme Manager for the updates of projects performances on ServiceNow and EBA, including budget execution, through release of Purchase Requests and follow on coordination of Purchase Orders with Acquisition department and vendors
Coordinating operational and administrative processes including managing all project documentation, making travel arrangements
