Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for the innovation agenda for SURGERY in the Northern Cluster
- Develop the mid- and long-term innovation strategy for Northern Cluster in collaboration with markets, Source Company, and regulatory affairs.
- Feedback and input to Global NPD and Product Pipeline: ensure representation of Northern Cluster customer needs in product development pipeline, involve Northern Cluster surgeons in development projects and involvement.
