Job Description Job Description We are looking for experienced NYC DOB Gas Qualified Plumbing Mechanics.
Ideal candidate will have NYC DOB 16-Hour Limited Gas Work Certification or Full Gas Work Certification.

Applicants must demonstrate an ability to:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Follow building plans, blueprints, and rough drawings.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
- Safely use hand and power tools.
- Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
- Complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
