Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the plumbing, drainage, and fire‑fighting works are carried out as per approved shop drawings and within the time and progress of the approved construction program.
• Ensure that the installation, inspection, and testing of all fire‑fighting, plumbing, and drainage equipment, fittings, and works implemented meet the specification and the consultant requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance with the specification, consultant design, and existing local authority standard.
• Review consultant design and specification, and coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
