Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and gas systems across the property.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, faulty fixtures, and broken pipes.
• Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, showers, and water heaters, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to industry standards.
• Monitor and adjust water pressure and flow to ensure the efficiency of the plumbing systems in all areas of the property.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, such as burst pipes and flooding, performing necessary repairs to restore the systems quickly and efficiently.
