This role involves working within occupied and void social housing properties, carrying out high-quality plastering alongside a range of general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties, including installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps, and pipework.
Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall or floor tiling to complete repair works to a high standard.
