Are you an experienced Plumber looking for a stable, full-time position with local, consistent work? We're hiring for a motivated and skilled Plumbing Operative to join a well-established property maintenance team delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.

You'll work across the KT and UB postcode areas, including Kingston, Uxbridge, Ealing, Hounslow, Brentford, and surrounding areas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and installations in social housing, including:

Tap replacements, pipework repairs, toilet and sink installs

Shower installations and repairs

Radiator replacements and basic heating system works (non-gas)

Leak detection and resolution
