Position Overview

Plumber – North Cornwall


Experienced Plumber required on social housing maintenance works in North Cornwall (Bodmin up to Bude) for a very busy and well liked maintenance contractor.


This will start on a temp basis but could lead to a permanent role if that’s of interest.

  • Fortnightly pay. 

  • Potential of using company van.

  • 40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm.

    • Plumber Day to Day:

  • Work in social housing properties 

  • You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of plumbing maintenance

  • Dealing with customers as and when required

  • Reporting to the supervisor on progress

    • Plumber Requirements:

  • Good plumbing experience

  • Plumbing qualification – desirable

  • Good attitude

  • Honest and reliable

  • Full UK driving license

  • DBS will be carried out
