The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high performing Platform Engineering function, taking ownership of cloud strategy, developer experience, observability, and the overall stability of the technology ecosystem.
This role requires proven experience leading engineering teams in complex, regulated environments, with a strong focus on automation, infrastructure as code, platform reliability and cloud governance. The incoming leader will shape long term standards, elevate engineering practices, and work closely with Product, Security, and Architecture teams to design a scalable platform that can support their future growth.
