Job Description
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the platform and databases under guidance from senior team members.
• Triage and resolve Zendesk tickets related to application, partner, or database issues.
• Monitor system health, performance, and uptime, escalating issues when needed.
• Assist with basic database administration tasks such as backups, restores, indexing, and performance checks.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and update statements.
• Help maintain and monitor CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Support Terraform‑managed Azure infrastructure alongside the platform team.
• Assist with production troubleshooting, including logging into servers and reviewing logs.
• Work with engineers to investigate application‑level and database‑level issues.
• Help document processes, workflows, and basic operational runbooks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups and sprint planning.
