This is a strategic leadership role for a hands‑on professional who can manage end‑to‑end factory operations, drive production performance and lead large‑scale expansion and transformation projects.

• Lead overall factory operations ensuring smooth production quality and cost efficiency
• Develop and implement long‑term manufacturing and operations strategies
• Manage production planning, forecasting and manpower allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma process optimization)
• Monitor and improve plant performance including OEE and operational KPIs
