Role Overview Plant Operator – responsible for overseeing the daily operational function of the mining and mineral processing facilities at the Nahunta, GA location. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and ensures peak plant performance across all processes and equipment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain mobile mining units, screeners, wet mill concentrators, attrition units, water treatment facilities, and associated process equipment 24/7. Monitor plant conditions through computer interfaces, record accurate product, process, and safety data, and maintain plant performance per the Mine Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Maintenance Coordinator. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot deviations, perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance, and support equipment reliability.
