Position Summary

Dufferin Asphalt, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Operator (Batcher). This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality asphalt production while supporting daily plant operations and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant controls to produce hot‑mix asphalt according to specifications.
• Assist with daily plant operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Provide timely and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and trucks.
• Comply with Environmental, Health & Safety policies and identify potential hazards.
• Travel to other plant locations as required by production schedules.
