The Plant Manager will assist s the General Manager in the direction and coordination activities of industrial organization to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

+ Assists in establishing current and long-range objectives, plans and policies.
+ Structures and organizes plant operations team, processes, and procedures for MSC
+ Creates and fosters positive relationships with production hourly workforce and leads team in plant operation expectations
+ Ensures and enforces plant guidelines, policies, and expectations for plant operation
+ Advises, guides, directs and authorizes personnel to carry out major plans and procedures consistent with established policies and corporate approval.
