Plant Financial Controller
This position reports to: Business Controller
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and lead local finance teams to optimize financial performance within an assigned division / business area. You will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
The work model for the role is #LI-hybrid. This role is contributing to the Finance Nema Motors in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Mexico.
Key responsibilities
Engage with plant management to create robust financial forecasts for both cost of goods produced and gross margin.
Focus on ability to easily create scenarios with high accuracy with emphasis on a 5 Q rolling forecast timeline.
