Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage robust, detailed schedules for all stages of the building project, ensuring seamless execution. Design and sequence construction operations efficiently, ensuring master and detailed work programs are aligned with project costs. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery. Continuously monitor project progress, identifying critical activities and ensuring any potential delays are flagged to the Project Manager. Provide strategic adjustments to project schedules and plans to maintain momentum and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
