Position Overview
Job Description
- Develop integrated master project schedule, detailed construction work plans, milestone programmes and resource loading curves using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Break down WBS for engineering, procurement, fabrication, erection, hook-up and commissioning phases; define activity logic, durations and critical path.
- Monitor daily/weekly construction progress, analyse schedule variance, identify critical delays and propose recovery acceleration plans to mitigate schedule slippage.
- Issue regular progress reports, S-curves, milestone dashboards and delay analysis reports to project management, client and top management.
- Liaise closely with engineering discipline leads, procurement, warehouse, subcontractors and vessel coordinators to align material delivery, equipment arrival and work execution sequences.
