Overall Objectives

The Planning Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall planning operations of the company covering Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Control Tower Operations across Banlic, Turbina, and provincial hubs. The role ensures the availability of HVAC and Non-HVAC home appliance products while maintaining optimal inventory levels, improving forecast accuracy, and supporting business growth through efficient supply chain planning.

The position plays a critical role in aligning Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure timely product availability, efficient inventory movement, and proactive issue resolution.
