You will play a pivotal role in driving project success by ensuring strategic planning, accurate forecasting, and effective resource allocation, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Develop baseline programs in line with contract requirements.
• Define project milestones, critical paths, and activity sequences.
• Prepare resource‑loaded schedules (manpower, materials, equipment).
• Update project progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Generate S‑curves, histograms, and productivity reports.
• Present schedule updates to management and clients.
• Coordinate with the cost‑control team for earned value analysis (EVA).
