What is the role?

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially aware Tender Planning Engineer to support the development of competitive, robust, and fully compliant programmes for major civil engineering tenders. This role suits a planner or engineer with a civils or construction management background, strong understanding of construction methodology, and hands‑on experience preparing NEC-compliant Clause 31 programmes.

You will work closely with pre‑construction, estimating, design, and delivery teams to shape winning tender submissions, ensuring programmes are realistic, buildable, and aligned with contractual requirements.

What you will be doing.

Develop fully logic‑linked tender programmes using Primavera P6 (or equivalent), aligned with NEC Clause 31 requirements including methodology, sequencing, float, time‑risk allowances, and key milestones.
