**Overview**

**Pay Range: 20 – 23**

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

**Responsibilities**

+ Site prep and general labor
+ Installing erosion control
+ Supporting underground utility crews
+ Demolition and cleanup
+ Grading and backfilling support
+ Working around heavy equipment
+ Material handling
+ Assisting with pipe installation
+ Operating small tools (if qualified)
+ Supporting stormwater installs

**Requirements**

+ Prior sitework or excavation experience
+ Underground utilities experience preferred
+ Ability to read site plans or grade stakes
+ Able to work independently
+ Background check
+ Drug screen
+ Valid OSHA 10/30 certification (if applicable)
+ Valid driver’s license
