SUMMARY:

The Radiation Oncology division of Tucson Medical Center is seeking a full-time, highly motivated medical physicist to join a team of 3 physicists and 6 dosimetrists covering three community cancer centers in Southern Arizona. The practice has 4 Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators, including an EDGE, with ARIA and Eclipse for treatment planning. The practice has two CT simulators and one Elekta Flexitron afterloader with Oncentra TPS for a variety of procedures.

The practice has 5 Radiation Oncologists, soon to add two more, and is the premier Radiation Practice in Southern Arizona. The practice is continuing to grow and expand into new areas. The ideal candidate is board certified or board eligible, holds a Master’s degree in medical physics and graduated from an accredited residency program.
