Overview
We are seeking a Physician Recruitment Coordinator to support our physician and provider recruitment operations. This onsite role focuses heavily on scheduling, coordination, candidate communication, and administrative follow-through. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage complex interview scheduling and calendar coordination for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

+ Provide timely candidate communication, status updates, and follow-up

+ Support referral tracking, recruitment advertising coordination, and applicant database searches
