Professional Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to conduct psychiatric evaluations of children, adolescents and their families
Demonstrated skills in treatment team, leadership, management and education
Demonstrated understanding of the functioning of complex organizational and social systems and how each systems components interact with and impact others
Demonstrated ability to function in transitional administrative situations in an effective manner and be a productive participant in communication and change
Demonstrated understanding of the social supports required by at risk children, adolescents and families in the community and the ability to guide and facilitate the case management process to develop these supports
