Good Samaritan is in need of a interventional cardiologist locums for ongoing coverage. Provider will will be in clinic (if interested, not a deal breaker) and also taking call. Call varies - if not on call provider will be rounding and doing procedures. The interventional is to help with procedures and rounds and night call at the hospital.

RATE caps for submission:
Malpractice - Must be included in rates.
Orientation - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly - *** and below - Per hour, not OT
Holiday - Must be 1.5x the regular rate*** Per holiday hour, no OT
Nightly Call - *** and below - Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis
