Primary Care Physician Opportunity Montgomery, AL Compensation: Making over $320,000 year 1 with Partnership We provide care to Seniors 65+ years old. Physicians practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. They have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive. Our goal is to provide a concierge level of service for Seniors who do not have access nor can afford such a high level of care. Role: Base Salary: $250k for a resident. PCP with Value-Based Care Experience $295k/ Experienced PCP without Value-Based Care experience $26k5-$270k Sign on: Up to $15k. Annual incentive bonus: up to $28% of base pay (most make around $20%) Partnership after 3 years (no buy-in) Primary Care - outpatient Value Based Care model.
