Clinical Role: Medical Director - Hospital Medicine

• Lead and manage the Hospital Medicine team in a full-time day-shift leadership role
• Provide oversight for inpatient care delivery, performance metrics, and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices
• Support recruitment, retention, and training efforts
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and workflow

• Hours: Approximately 40-50 hours/week
• Days: Monday-Friday
