Perform procedures in the Endoscopy Suite on Mondays, Wednesdays, half-day Thursdays, and FridaysSee patients in the office on Tuesdays and half-day ThursdaysTake night call every night and round on patient consults in the hospitalExpected patient encounters per shift: 20-25Overtime calculated after 40 hours, not on a daily basisRequired procedures include upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices, and PEG placementEsophageal dilatation/manometry and small bowel biopsy requiredLower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy (flexible required, rigid preferred), and colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision requiredBoard certification eligible minimum; board certified not requiredFellowship re...
