* Full time busy clinic practice of 15-20 outpatients per weekday
* Practice is primarily outpatient
* Pediatric call rotation for the hospital at 1:5
* Several Sanford Family Medicine physicians
* Each Family Medicine Physician is assigned a nurse, office & 2 exam rooms
* Thief River Falls qualifies as a HPSA site
