This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in focusing on the care of geriatric patients within a long-term care setting.
As the Primary Care Physician for residents, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, managing chronic conditions, and collaborating with the facility's interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
