UPMC Cole Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or CRNP) to join our rural Primary Care team serving the Northern Potter and Westfield communities. This is a great opportunity to practice meaningful, relationship-based medicine in a 100% outpatient setting with a strong focus on continuity of care and community impact.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

+ Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
+ Rotating on-call schedule
+ No major holidays
+ No inpatient, hospital, or OR responsibilities

Compensation & Incentives
