Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and create individualized training plans.
- Lead one-on-one and small-group training sessions.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety at all times.
- Track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
- Educate clients on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits.
- Maintain a clean and motivating training environment.
- Collaborate with team members on events, workshops, and client engagement activities.
