Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. New graduates are not considered.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with AI scribe documentation preferred.
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist. PTAs not accepted.
