We are seeking a skilled Home Health - Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN - Per Visit - Home Health to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes. As a Home Health - Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for assessing patients’ needs, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to help patients regain their mobility and independence.
