Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Avondale, OH (45229) Skilled Nursing Facility.

• New Hourly Rates! $51-55/hr *Offer Based on Experience and Qualifying Interview
• Primary/Consistent PRN
• Completion Bonus ($750) offered for Full Coverage of 2-3 Months, 3-4 Hours Per Day, 3 Days Per Week

As a Physical Therapist , you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.
Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
