Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is a professional member of the health care team who is responsible for evaluating, planning, and coordinating individual patient care for patients of all ages. Physical Therapists provide patient treatment to improve range of motion, pain, strength, balance, and mobility along with other functional tasks for overall independence.
Qualifications Education:
A Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy is required from an APTA accredited program. Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of Indiana. Must be eligible and/or passed the National Physical Therapy Examination. CPR certification required. Training:
3-6 months on the job training required. CPR training if not previously obtained. Experience:
