Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care and develops plans to accomplish goals. Demonstrates in patient care and documentation, thoroughness, reliability and analytical sense guided by available evidence. Coordinates assigned patient loads, and workload of patient care support personnel. Participates in clinical education program for students from affiliated universities. Participates in Quality Management program and attains required procedural competencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates physician's referral to determine physical therapy treatment, goals, plans and patient education.
• Assess progress and goals, modifies treatment plan as appropriate.
• Reviews patient medication list, allergies and medical and surgical history.
