**Description:** **What We’re Doing:**
As the RMS Physical Security Operations Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for the Resource Protection mission for the Orlando Site to include supervising contracted Security Officer staff for the business area wide RMS Security Operations Center (SOC). The Supervisor will act as a point of contact in supporting the build out of the new consolidated SOC to include reviewing and implementing emerging technologies, coordinating response and feedback from RMS Sites/Security Professionals, and ensuring compliance with procedures, security policies, and UL Certification. This is an operational role, you’ll set standards for physical security, run the SOC, manage contractors, own the metrics, and answer for outcomes if something goes wrong, even when outside of normal business hours.
