Job Description

Located in Garfield Park, the child/adolescent partial hospitalization program (PHP) is designed forschool-age children who may benefit from therapeutic behavioral health services but do not need -hour monitoring and adolescents ages through who struggle with a behavioral health disorder or mental health issues but are stable enough to live at home during treatment. 

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for quality psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic treatment of pediatric and adolescent. This is accomplished through preparation and facilitation of regular group therapy sessions designed to meet patients’ needs. The Group Facilitator guides and directs patient participation during group sessions, effectively addresses group dynamics, and observes patients’ individual responses to discussion and content.
