This position is a manufacturing engineering sustaining role responsible for Coherent Laser Light Engine products.
The high-level goals for this position are direct engineering support of a manufacturing line to implement cost reduction and yield improvement measures whilst maintaining high quality levels and product output to meet demand in a Continual Improvement environment.
Primary Skill Set and Responsibilities
Demonstrated hands-on technical ability and manufacturing engineering support ownership for a high-tech photonic manufacturing line that includes process and fixture development for builds with exacting diode laser beam shaping and control for free space and fiber coupled output.
