Responsibilities
As part of the Hardware R&D team, you will work with our established team of physicists and engineers to develop nonlinear optical devices on integrated nanophotonic platforms. You will design, build, and operate complex optical experiments, using rigorous data analysis to characterize and optimize scalable quantum light sources for deployment in the world's first photonic quantum computers.
Basic Qualifications
- PhD in physics, engineering, or related discipline.
- Academic and/or industry experience in nonlinear optics and integrated photonics.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working on nonlinear optics in integrated devices.
- 2+ years of experience working in an industrial setting.
- Demonstration of complex experiments using nonlinear optics.
