**Purpose:**

+ Performs phlebotomy specimen collection on all patients according to standard operating practices

**As a Phlebotomist you Will:**

+ Ensure that patients are properly identified and specimens are properly labeled during the collection process 100% of the time with strict adherence to policy and procedure.
+ Participate in specimen processing, distribution and central accessioning.
+ Accurately processes and accessions all incoming laboratory specimens.
