This is a travel at home/fill in **Phlebotomist** position for St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. Shifts are available for days, evenings, nights, weekends and weekends but primary needs are late mornings to evenings during the week.

**Job Summary:**

Under specific direction, collects and prepares blood specimens and other samples for laboratory testing. Maintains collection areas and equipment and performs record keeping duties.

**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:**

+ Collects blood specimens by venipuncture and capillary technique and processes the samples according to laboratory guidelines.
+ Delivers samples to the laboratory in established time frames.
