Responsible for on-line supervision of home infusion technicians and assigned staff. Responsible for daily management of operations including but not limited to patient outreach and communication, drug purchasing, sterile compounding (in collaboration with PIC), intake functions, inventory management, packaging, and shipping. Serves as co-designated person of pharmacy operation. Responsible for supervision, staff development and assessment of staff competency. Responsible for student training in the areas. Manages daily scheduling and duty assignments. Works with the Assistant Chief Pharmacy Officer - Home Infusion, Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager, Home Infusion Nurse Manager and external leaders to identify areas of improvement and solutions through integration of department resources. #CA-DS
