Position Overview
Responsibilities - Maintain sufficient inventory of material supplies and equipment, report material shortages to the supervisor promptly, and keep records for ordering and replenishment.
- Perform all managerial functions common to the department level, either directly or through delegation to assigned personnel.
- Provide consultative services in the overall development of pharmacy services policies, procedures, and standards, including the patient‑care evaluation program related to drug use and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to approved ethical and professional practice by maintaining proper storage, preparation, and dispensation of all chemical, biological, and pharmaceutical drugs, and by carefully monitoring records, documents, and monthly reports.
